Overview
In this project case study, I will be sharing my experience designing the website and management system for Rightsidepeople. The goal was to create a unified digital platform that simplified HR, accounting, and project management processes for the company, while also providing an engaging landing page to showcase their services. Throughout the design process, I focused on building a seamless and intuitive interface that allowed the team to manage operations efficiently and enabled clients to easily understand and connect with the company’s offerings.

Process
Sketching the vision
Have you ever wondered what goes into creating a system that makes HR, accounting, and project management effortless? As a freelance web and system designer, I started with rough sketches and wireframes, bringing the ideas to life on a blank canvas. These initial sketches mapped out how staff would navigate workflows, track tasks, and manage projects, as well as how clients would explore the company’s services via the landing page. It’s the first step in transforming complex operations into a smooth digital experience.
Refining the concept
From there, the concept was refined into interactive prototypes and tested closely with the Rightsidepeople team. The focus wasn’t just on building a functional system, but on solving real operational challenges. Every element—from task tracking dashboards to payroll management and client-facing landing page components—was carefully considered to ensure the platform was both efficient and user-friendly. The design aimed to simplify complex processes while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic that represented the company’s brand.
The reward of creation
Seeing the Rightsidepeople platform come to life was the most rewarding part. Every seamless workflow, every clear dashboard, and every smooth client interaction reflects countless hours of design, iteration, and problem-solving. Knowing that the system allows staff to focus on meaningful work rather than getting lost in administrative tasks is a testament to the impact thoughtful design can have.
Outcome
The final Rightsidepeople website and management system delivered a cohesive and efficient platform. Staff can now manage HR processes, accounting, and project workflows in one place, while clients can easily access information about the company’s services through a polished landing page. The result is a streamlined experience that improves internal operations, enhances client engagement, and presents Rightsidepeople as a professional, modern, and approachable organization.
